to be honest, skincare really does depend on the individual. even makeup. i read reviews on MUA sometimes and 2 people can have totally opposite experiences with the same thing.
haha so, it goes without saying that you have to try it out yourself to know!

yup! that i agree! thats why I've gotten help from a compliance company to help me get this written to prevent any confusion and any complications. :P

hope you're enjoying yourself in us of a! sure seems like it from your entries. :)
anyway just wanted to know how you feel about bb cream vs mmu? am still deciding between the two. which one has been kinder to your skin so far? when do you use one over the other?

(Anonymous): Re: bb cream vs mmu?
I'm not a guru in cosmetics. But I know for a fact that BB cream isn't the same as MMU.
BB cream has got healing properties to even out the skin tone and reduce blemishes. Some has even got anti aging, anti wrinkle, spf sun protection. But MMU doesn't do that. To me, its just makeup with made with natural ingredients that could probably cause less irritants to the skin.
Anyone out there who knows...please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ive heard a lot of good reviews about it and i personally went to their outlet and bought one of their concealers. Their service is damn damn good!! I just thought of recommending you to their products cause it would be great if you're able to do some reviews about their products. =)) tata~~

(Anonymous): very curious
I really enjoyed your entries on skincare and cosmetic.
I am really curious about this: I buy some skincare products like a tube of BB cream or eyeshadows, it takes me forever to finish them even though they are used on daily basis.
How about yourself? Do you finish all the products you buy?

its an eyeshadow primer so it should be worn just before you put on your eyeshadow to prolong the life of your eyeshadow and to prevent creasing and fading. =)

hi! i was just lurking around the net when i stumbled upon your lj and found your comparison of BB creams and mineral make-up. i must say, i'm starting to get interested in BB creams :) i just a few questions tho (and i really dont know where to post so i decided to post here hehe).
i have really oily skin and acne and i hardly ever use make-up. which BB cream would you recommend?
also, (this question might be too personal) what was your skin type like before you started using BB creams? (if you dont want to answer this, its ok. i just wanted sort of like a gauge so i'll know how to read your reviews)
Mon, May. 3rd, 2010 01:55 am (UTC)
if you have really oily skin, read the reviews for those that has really good oil control. ;)
i had cyst acne when i first started bb creams. ;)
