Fri, Jan. 2nd, 2009, 12:04 pm Beauty Review: CURE Natural Aqua Gel
My first post for 2008 was a beauty review so I'll start 2009 with a beauty review too!
I first stumbled upon this product through Fr3b. I got the sample (a generous of 2 sachets) and loved it so much that I bought the full retail size of 250g for S$38 from Ngee Ann City's Watsons. Best friend was sold too and she bought a bottle herself!
What is this? Nature Aqua Gel Cure is formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle to your skin and is suitable for all skin type. It softens the top layer and gently removes the dead skin cells from your skin. It aids in removing dead and old skin cells which normal cleansing product are unable to remove.
With continued usage, it helps to prevent blackheads and reveal a brighter, firmer and smoother skin.
Features: Non-scented, color free, no preservatives and no animal testing.90% of ingredient is made of water.
Its an exfoliator, similar to the Ginvera Marvel Gel but its made of 90% water. Its really gentle and it really leaves the skin very squeaky clean once you wash it off.
I have received tons of queries, asking what exfoliator do I use. Well, I used to use Biotherm Biopur Exfoliating Gel but I switched to Aspirins (after using it as a mask, I'll scrub it off my face which serves as an exfoliator). They all contains exfoliating beads that tends to leave your skin a little red and raw if you scrub too hard.
With this Cure Natural Aqua Gel, it feels so gentle that it does not feel like you are exfoliating but in fact it is actually working on your dead skin cells!
Sensitive skin / those who hate fragrances will love this as its totoally unscented and very gentle on the skin!
my sis n i got some samples on a watson 'roadshow'. my sis used it and she loves it. Her skin is very sensitive, she is allergy to many brands including Eveyday mineral and melange. But her skin is o.k with this product so i guess sensitive pp can also try this out, no much of a problem
thanks for the review, i've been looking for something like this.. now if i can find it in Korea's watsons.... is there anything similar to it in a korean brand?
yayy!! i bought it!!! and i love it to the max! hahahas!! i was contemplating between laneige strawberry peeling and cure..and im glad i bought cure!!! =D
i got the bottle free from fr3b featured blogger! and 2 sample sachets :x it is really goooooooooooooooooood. i used it on my mom(who doesn't bother about skincare) and she somehow like it too. haha.
hey... you are tempting me to spend more money again... how's your face?? i am suffering from big big pimples on my forehead now... sob sob... i am not sure what caused it....
do you find it drying? i tried it at watsons on my hand and its so fascinating haha. cant wait to try it but im broke, maybe after cny which isnt very far away :)
Mememe. I grabbed it immediately once Fr3b replenished it! (: The sample is super generous, I squeezed every bit of it out and I managed to use it like, 5 times? Will pop by Ngee Ann Watsons the next time I'm nearby to get this. It made my skin feel so smooth~
im actually very acne prone, but it is controlled with BHA exfoliator, leading to very dry skin. now that im lessening BHA (because the dry skin is getting ridiculous), the acne starts to came back and im now searching for good and gentle deep cleansing product.
Hi!! I've used this twice (in the past week) so far and I really love how it cleanses my skin :D It makes it softer too. No drying effects on my combination skin type.. Thanks for introducing this product!!
