Sun, Jun. 24th, 2012, 10:30 pm Giveaway - CURE Natural Aqua Gel - CLOSED
As CURE Natural Aqua Gel celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year, I am honored to conduct a Giveaway to my lovely readers on behalf of the Distributor in Singapore, Japalang Pte Ltd who has introduced this Top Selling SkinCare Product in Japan to Singapore 4 years ago!
The Winner of the Giveaway will be sent the full retail bottle of my favourite Exfoliant with a small tube of the Cure Water Treatment Skin Cream and 2 sample packs of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel, in which, each sample pack contains 2 sachets.
To further reward my other readers, I have requested for the company to sponsor 8 sample packs of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel for 4 other lucky readers! Each of the 4 lucky readers will be sent 2 sample packs which contains 2 sachets in 1 sample pack (in total of 4 sachets) by me!
Read on further on how you can be 1 of 5 Lucky Readers in this Giveaway!
1 Lucky Reader will be sent this pack by Japalang Pte Ltd after I have selected the Winner! This particular pack is sponsored by Japalang for me!
If you have not realized, I have actually written a review of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel back in 2009! Click here for the Review! Since then, it has been my HG exfoliant till today!
This is my current skincare stash in my bathroom. These are just cleansing products as I complete my skin care regime in my room. Notice my bottle of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel among the products? It is staple in my skin care regime after trying it in late 2008 when it was still retailing for S$38!
Nothing beats the effectiveness of this water based exfoliant that I incorporate into my regime twice a week.
Coincidentally, I happen to own the Cure Water Treatment too! This little baby is not for sale and I received it from a bundle sale that Cure Natural Aqua Gel had quite a while ago when it came free with the purchase of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel. I paid S$42 for my 2nd bottle that came bundled with the Cure Water Treatment.
What is this Cure Water Treatment Skin Cream that can't be bought? It is actually a product manufactured for employees who suffer from dry hand from opening cardboard boxes that were delivered every working day. How sweet of the company huh?
This product was ensured that harmless silicone protects the skin by entrapping moisture in the body. Since this Water Treatment Skin Cream contains paraben, they were unable to launch this product into the market.
It is a gel-cream that I personally use as a hand 'cream'. It looks like a gel when dispensed but...
When you spread it on your skin, water droplets starts to form and this liquid gets absorbed by your skin almost quite instantly, making it really silky smooth! Pity that they were unable to sell this product in the market though paraben is milder than phenonxyethanol.
Well, you will ask, what is the point of me raving the Water Treatment Skin Cream when you can't get hold of it? As you probably already know how popular this facial exfoliant is in Japan, Cure created the same legendary results in Singpore since its launch in 2008. It is the Number 1 Facial Exfoliant in Watsons which is the only retailer in Singapore that carries Cure.
To mark this milestone achievement, together with CURE, Japalang Pte Ltd wil be holding a Cure 10th Anniversary contest to give away 600 of this Exclusive Cure Water Treatment Skin Cream to their loyal customers!
To win this Skin Cream, all you have to do is to purchase the CURE Natural Aqua Gel from Watsons anytime from now till the 23rd July 2012 and email,
1) Your Particulars (Name, Mailing Address, Contact Number) 2) Screenshot of the purchase receipt
I am so glad to be able to get another tube of the Water Treatment Skin Cream that the company has sent! I can use my current tube without having to worry I will run out of it anytime soon! This is actually a perfect traveling companion especially onboard an aircraft with the dry climate of the aircraft!
And now, onto the Giveaway! I have not conducted a Giveaway in a long time and I am so excited! I promise this is going to be a really simple one!
All you need to do Tell me about your current Skin Care Regime! Simple? You bet! I want to know your current skin care regime with the products you are currently using! I have never quite ventured into Clarins. I have heard raves of the UV Plus but never quite research about it since I have never used Clarins before. But now that you've mentioned it, I ought to get a sample to try it! You seem like a Clarins fan!

Aloe Vera Gel as a moisturizer.. Seems like something new to me. I have always used Aloe Vera as an after-sun treatment for my skin but not as a daily moisturizer. How did you stumble upon using Aloe Vera as a daily moisturizer? =D

Mon, Jun. 25th, 2012 12:40 am (UTC) kimoko: Re: My Skincare Regime
Bifesta used to be Mandom Cleansing Express! 1 of my favourite makeup remover that is very gentle to the skin yet does the job of removing makeup really well!
Bioderma is something similar but does not sting the eye like Mandom / Bifesta does. But Mandom is slightly more economical as compared to Bioderma.
Man, I wish I lived in Singapore, you guys have all the best skincare stuff there. Good luck everyone <3

I love the Bliv, No Spots Bye Dots cleanser too but I find it a little too pricey for me to upkeep this cleanser.
The Bliv, Spots got shot on the other hand is too mild for me which did not quite work wonders for spot treatment on me. =(
You must be wearing very light makeup to be able to use Baby Wipes to remove your makeup. Baby Wipes alone cannot remove all my makeup, not unless I have really light makeup for the day.
I have always wanted to buy CURE aqua gel but I can't until I finish my current exfoliant.

Thanks for organising this giveaway!
KS Goh, strikingreality at hotmail dot com, Singapore
Oh, wow, I've always wanted to try this stuff! Thanks for the opportunity! :)
I use: AM: - wash face with a gentle face wash (La Roche-Posay, Hada Labo or similar) OR just wipe with the Bioderma water - tone with Primavera Witch Hazel - apply a little drop of jojoba oil, also by Primavera - apply sunscreen liberally - I use Isehan's sunscreen, just finished their old Mild Milk, am halfway through the new Kids Milk and just received their Baby Milk today (can only tolerate physical sunscreens)
PM: - oil cleanse (using Softymo at the moment) - wash with face wash (Shiseido Perfect Whip or whatever I have - not picky here) - tone with Naris Up Acmedia Gentle Lotion (- yoghurt mask) - apply jojoba oil
That's it! My sensitive skin doesn't like too many chemicals... I am getting less breakouts now, and I feel like the witch hazel is good to keep my T-zone less oily.
